Fall Internships (3 posts) – Exhibitions Department – 9/11 Memorial & Museum – Aug. 14
Greetings!
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum is looking to host interns in its Exhibitions department for the coming Fall 2017 semester.
- Exhibition Media Intern
- Memorial Exhibition and Registries Intern
- Special Exhibitions Intern
The Museum’s internship/externship program offers students the opportunity to develop practical skills in the non-profit institution that runs the 9/11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site. Throughout the semester, interns work under the supervision of a staff member in a specific department. Each intern has particular responsibilities and tasks that will contribute to the realization of the mission of the Memorial Museum. Interns receive routine and instructive feedback on their work, and are invited to share their thoughts and insights with staff throughout their internship. To learn more about the Memorial Museum, please visit our website at www.911memorial.org.
Please find the internship descriptions attached, and feel free to post and share with any of your students.
