The Frick Collection – Ayesha Bulchandani Graduate Education Internship, Spring 2020

The Education Department of The Frick Collection is now accepting applications from M.A. students for the spring 2020 Ayesha Bulchandani Graduate Internship Program. The intern’s primary responsibilities will include organizing archival education material, researching the history of education programs at the Frick, and assisting with additional research projects, as needed. The intern will also participate in the production of public programs for the Frick’s many audiences, working closely with all members of the Education Department. This internship provides a superb opportunity for students to learn about museum education in a small, dynamic department.

Ideal candidates for this internship will have a background in museum education, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Internship responsibilities will be carried out two days per week during the spring semester. A stipend award of $2,500 is available for Education Interns under the Ayesha Bulchandani Internship Program for Graduate Students.

The residence, with its furnishings and works of art, has been open to the public since 1935. The Frick Art Reference Library is an internationally recognized research library that serves as one of the world’s most complete resources for the study of Western art.
