MANAGER OF EXHIBITION DEVELOPMENT

POSITION OVERVIEW: The manager of exhibition development researches and develops new content for exhibitions in the physical museum galleries as well as on digital platforms in the exhibitions and online that chronicle the events of 9/11, the related global events that preceded that attacks, their aftermath, and their ongoing legacy. They may also serve as project manager for a set of special installations that rotate through the museum displays. The manager of exhibition developmental so supports ongoing exhibition efforts such as licensing and tracking, fact checking, and exhibition inspections. The position supervises at least one, full-time employee. This position reports to the assistant director of exhibition development.
