Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Membership and Growth Marketing

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Membership and Growth Marketing, the Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the ambitious revenue goals as well as the overall scalability and sustainability of the Membership Program. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, the Senior Coordinator works on a wide variety of direct marketing efforts, including email, mail, and digital campaigns and supports a robust A/B testing program across all channels with an emphasis on continuous learning and rapid iteration. Additionally, the Senior Coordinator will play an important role in the onboarding and optimization of new and existing technologies that support the revenue and sustainability goals of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and reviewing data requests
- Drafting copy and seeing end to end production of assets, including liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external consultants and mailing houses
- Setting up, editing, and deploying emails
- Supporting the quick review of campaign results to allot for iteration and optimization of our campaigns
- Helping maintain a robust A/B testing program across channels
- Working directly with the Senior Manager to optimize customer journey and strengthen all pathways to membership
- Supporting team brainstorms and implementation of customer journey and other acquisition and retention interventions
- Submitting webpage updates and landing page requests to optimize sales
- Supporting the onboarding, implementation, and optimization of new and existing technologies, i.e. recurring giving software, customer journey tools, SMS Tech, and database enhancements
Requirements:
- General understanding of direct marketing practices and membership programs
- History of executing on direct marketing tactics across channels
- Strong project management and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ecommerce and customer journey experience preferred
- Public-facing customer service experience
- Ability to work evening and weekend work for membership events, such as Member Nights, as needed
- Familiarity with HTML
- Familiarity with Martech landscape, Asana (or other project management tools) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Proficiency in MailChimp or similar email service provider software
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated salary range of $55,000 – $60,000 per annum
