The Art Institute of Chicago seeks an engaging and strategic systems expert to serve as its Executive Director of Revenue Systems and Business Intelligence. Managing the technical operations and strategic alignment of the Museum’s revenue applications ecosystem, the Executive Director will play an integral role in supporting the goals of staff leaders across the Museum and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Software and Analytics, the Executive Director will set the strategic direction for selecting and implementing revenue systems for the Art Institute’s business units and serve as a vital contributor to the leadership team of the Museum and SAIC.
A successful candidate will:
• Have five to seven years of database administration experience within a nonprofit environment, preferably at a complex, multi-layered organization;
• Have five to seven years of experience in supervising, directing, and coaching staff, including conducting performance reviews, and implementing professional development plans; and
• Demonstrate knowledge of current nonprofit fundraising and membership best practices, including relationship management and gift and record administration.
