My name is Monica O. Montgomery, and I am a guest curator at Weeksville Heritage Center. I wanted to forward along an amazing internship opportunity to become a Community Curator at the Weeksville Heritage Center for an upcoming contemporary art exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Weeksville Heritage Center, a multidisciplinary museum dedicated to preserving the history of the 19th century African American community of Weeksville, Brooklyn – one of America’s many free black communities.
