Two Paid Internships – Summer 2018 – 9/11 Memorial & Museum – March 7

The National September 11 Memorial & Museum is looking to host summer interns in its Exhibitions department:

  • Exhibition Design Intern
  • Exhibition Research and Evaluation Intern

These summer internships are a 10-week, paid program beginning on June 4 and ending on August 10.

Students will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in the non-profit institution that runs the 9/11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center site in New York City. Throughout the summer, interns work under the supervision of a staff member, and each intern has particular responsibilities and tasks that will contribute to the mission of the Memorial Museum. Interns receive routine and instructive feedback on their work and are invited to share their thoughts and insights with staff throughout their internship. To learn more about the Memorial Museum, please visit our website at www.911memorial.org.

The Museum is now accepting intern applications. Interested students may send their cover letter and resume, or any questions, to careers@911memorial.org. Students may apply to more than one intern position.

Please find the intern descriptions attached and feel free to post and share with any of your students. Thank you.
