Fashion and Sustainability

“Sustainability” is often a term employed by fashion companies without the backing of specific scientific strategies and novel technologies. Our group aims to bring together students interested in fashion, design, manufacturing, and science, to work on developing viable and novel solutions to sustainability issues within the fashion industry. The end goal of this fall residency is to apply for a grant to fund the development of our technology and products/brand.

Fashion and Sustainability meets on Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30pm, in 746 STAC

Gallatin Research Incubator

The Gallatin Research Incubator (or GRI) is a network of undergraduate students interested in interdisciplinary research. Our goal is to be a hub at Gallatin for all kinds of research, in which we help students with their research projects, we connect students to resources, and we coordinate events all geared at empowering students interested in conducting research.

The Gallatin Research Incubator meets on Thursdays, 5:30-7pm, in 746 STAC
