The blog on my website walks through a daily journal of my experiences with food and COVID-19. Broadly, it covers many topics that have been discussed with food and COVID over the past few months. It is an ongoing story and will change in the coming weeks as I add more and since I have returned to NYC as of June 22nd, the first day of Phase II re-openings. This excerpt from the main page describes it in more detail – I walk through the sensations and eventual whiplash experienced by the differing views and actions of those around me. Many of these conversations happen about food, something we might have taken for granted before this all began, and hopefully won’t disregard again when it’s over.
