Brainstorming Workshop for NYU Tandon and Arts & Science Chairs
Led by Keren Bergman, Charles Batchelor Professor of Electrical Engineering at Columbia University and Faculty Director of the Columbia Nano Initiative, this workshop will tackle recruitment barriers and explore actionable strategies for inclusive hiring. Prof. Bergman, an expert in faculty retention and recruitment, will share insights from her leadership roles, including her tenure as Chair of ECE at Columbia and her work directing the Chip Act Initiative.

Inaugural Workshop for STEM Department Chairs
