Building Successful Teams will help prepare rising leaders through a discussion of key strategies for fostering a positive, supportive team culture while driving high performance. Chief Research Officer, Vice Chancellor and Vice Provost for Global Research & Innovation Stacie Bloom and Suzy Welch, Professor of Management Practice and Director of the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, will go beyond hiring and retention to address topics such as purpose and alignment, recognizing and leveraging individual strengths, boosting team morale and motivation, and authentic communication.
