Latest study on COVID-19 travel bans and social distancing

Prof. Maurizio Porfiri collaborated with the researchers from Politecnico di Torino in modeling the effectiveness of COVID-19-related restrictions enforced by many governments.
The results of their study show that, after the spread, travel bans are of limited value, while reducing individual activity (i.e., social distancing, closure of non-essential business, etc.) is superior in controlling the dissemination of the novel coronavirus.
