The recent study conducted by a team of collaborators led by our postdoc Agnieszka Truszkowska and Lorenzo Zino, supervised by Profs. Maurizio Porfiri, Sachit Butail, Emanuele Caroppo, Zhong-Ping Jiang, and Alessandro Rizzo has been featured on the cover of June 2022 issue of Advanced Theory and Simulations. In the article published in this issue of the journal, the collaborators develop their high-resolution agent-based model to explore the effectiveness of the booster shot campaign in preventing new COVID-19 waves on the basis of the town of New Rochelle, NY.
