How adherence to public health measures shapes epidemic spreading

What happens when a fraction of the population does not wear masks and does not practice social distancing?
Our postdoctoral researcher, Brandon Behring, collaborator Prof. Alessandro Rizzo and our own Prof. Maurizio Porfiri have investigated those behaviors by creating a new temporal network model. Their findings have just been published as a featured article in the journal Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science.
