Post 5: Recurse Center Diversity Policy
From what I have read through so far on their Code of Conduct page, it seems to articulate how to hold members/participants of the program accountable if they violate any rules but from what I could see it doesn’t articulate how to hold the employers of the program accountable. This I found a bit worrisome. Also, if all complaints go directly to the faculty, where do complaints about the faculty go?
