LiveSlides
LiveSlides is a powerpoint or keynote add-in that enables embedding live content to your slideshow presentations. It works by adding browser capabilities to your presentation software without the look of a browser. Embed content such as web videos, calendars, maps, twitter feeds, polls, quizzes, and others, and present them as live content, activating features such as audience participation and collaboration. Google Keep: a browser extension that collects notes, images, and lists on your Google account while you are browsing. You can also dictate—instead of type—notes and set up reminders. The Holocube Room at the Dibner Library
The Holocube: NYU’s Dibner Library has launched a virtual-reality sandbox room called “The Holocube,” which currently houses the HTC Vive Virtual Reality system with a large variety of educational and recreational games to be played on it.
Reservations for the Holocube Room will become available on LibCal starting on October 2nd, 2018.
