Welcome to the Digital Trust and Information Law Lab at New York University!

Our research ranges across computer science and law. We study how to make algorithmic systems more secure, reliable, and trustworthy, and the problems that arise when they fall short. Common themes include cryptography, privacy, security, transparency, and AI.
