About Us
The C. V. Starr Center for Applied Economics is an independent research non-profit housed within the Department of Economics at New York University. The Center analyzes issues of important economic and social consequences to improve tomorrow’s economic decisions. These goals are pursued by the Center in conjunction with the department faculty by facilitating wide dissemination of research results through publications, seminars, and conferences.
