International Research Experience for Students (2021-2025)
A US National Science Foundation sponsored project to allow US Citizen and permanent resident students to travel to India for 8 week research internship at National Institute of Technology – Karnataka. The program will also features visits to industry related to 3D printing and visits to Indian Institute of Technology – Kanpur and National Institute of Technology – Jaipur.

USA-India IREU Program 2022
Due to the Covid situation, the 2021 summer program has been organized in virtual mode. In order to provide a cultural experience alongside the technical research experience, the program has recruited a cohort of students in India to collaboratively work with the US participants. A cohort of 4 students is supported by IREU program, which is leveraged by 5 other students supported by other grants to develop a more comprehensive experience. Each student is partnered by one student from India to work collaboratively. We are extremely delighted to welcome the participants to our labs:
