Deej follows the remarkable journey of DJ (Deej) Savarese, a nonspeaking autistic poet, playwright, activist, and ASAN Scholar Fellow, as he goes from his last years of high school on to become the first nonspeaking autistic at Oberlin College, providing an important first-hand perspective on neurodiversity and inclusion. Post-screening discussion with Robert Rooy and DJ Savarese.
