Farzana Kapadia – Co-Director

Farzana Kapadia, PhD, MPH is an epidemiologist whose research interests include social and behavioral aspects of HIV/AIDS, reproductive health outcomes and substance abuse. Her recent research has focused on testing cognitive behavioral interventions developed to reduce risk behaviors associated with HIV and STI transmission among adolescents and young adults in urban settings. Dr. Kapadia received her doctorate in epidemiology from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
