multi_zgvd

    • Multi_zgvd acquires multiple experiments with a fixed or variable delay in between.
    • Setup
    1. Setup your initial experiment similar to the multizg option. 
    2. Read in the first experiment of the list and execute the multi_zgvd command.  Popup windows will ask the following:
      1. “Use fixed (f) or variable (v) delay”. Enter your preference.
      2. If fixed, “Enter fixed delay (in seconds)”
      3. If variable, “Enter name of vdlist”
        1. Open/Create a vd list:
          1. Enter the command “edlist vd name”
          2. Enter the time in seconds on separate lines
          3. Save as the file
        2. “Enter the number of experiments”.  If you have one experiment to be acquire multiple times enter the number here.
      4. The acquisition will begin once all the prompts are answered.
    • Useful for kinetics or reaction monitoring. Variable delay list great for following exponential decay/growth of molecules in a reaction.
