multi_batchdel

    • Multi_batchdel is an in-house au program that easily repeats a set of different experiments in the same order with an optional delay between each set of experiments.
    • Setup
      1. Setup your initial experiment similar to the multizg option.
      2. Read in the first experiment of the list and execute the multi_batchdel command.  Popup windows will ask the following:
        1. “Enter the number of unique experiments in the set”.
        2. “Enter the number of times to loop through the set”.
        3. “Enter fixed delay between experiment sets” – this will calculate the additional time needed to have a fixed delay between the start of similar experiments”.
        4. “Tune (ATMA) before each experiment”.
      3. The acquisition will begin once all the prompts are answered.
    • Useful if different types of experiments and nuclei (using tuning option) want to be acquired to monitor a reaction or dynamics.
