Experiment Description
    • Selective NOESY is a 1D experiment which determines the NOE correlation of one specific site.
    • One peak is selected and signal is transferred from it to all protons in the vicinity of its location that are dipolar coupled to it.

Experiment Setup
    • Use getprosol or prosol button to read in proper pulse parameters
    • d8 is the mixing time (default 300 ms); must be long enough for NOE build up.
      1. Small molecules: d8 = T1
      2. Large molecules: d8 = 0.5 T1
    • spoffs1 is the offset frequency of the shaped pulse.
      1. Find the center frequency of the spectrum (sw)
      2. Find the frequency of the site you want to irradiate with the shaped pulse (use cursor)
Processing Notes
    • Standard 1D processing
