
The Thermo Fisher Scientific iS50 Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) system lets you collect spectra in the mid-IR spectra range from 4,000 to 400 cm-1 with the resolution of 0.09 cm-1. This system is equipped with Gold mid-IR optics, Polaris high stability long lifetime Mid-IR source, a XT-KBr beam splitter, DLaTGS detector w/KBr window and liquid Nitrogen-cooled MCT-A detector. In addition, a Smart iTX with monolithic Diamond plate ATR for liquid and powder samples. The ATR mid-IR spectra range is from 4,000 to 500 cm-1. The system integrates advanced hardware features with the power and flexibility of OMNIC software.
