| Experiment Setup |

- Use getprosol or prosol button to read in proper pulse parameters
- Set cnst2 = 1JCH coupling constant:
- Hybridized sp3 carbons (i.e. CH3) typically have 1JCH = 125 Hz
- Hybridized sp2 carbons (i.e. CH2) typically have 1JCH = 160 Hz
- As a compromise the default value of cnst2 = 145 Hz to accommodate all carbon sites.
