Experiment Setup
    • Use getprosol or prosol button to read in proper pulse parameters
    • Set cnst2 = 1JCH coupling constant:
      • Hybridized sp3 carbons (i.e. CH3) typically have 1JCH = 125 Hz
      • Hybridized sp2 carbons (i.e. CH2) typically have 1JCH = 160 Hz
      • As a compromise the default value of cnst2 = 145 Hz to accommodate all carbon sites.
Processing Notes
    • Phase so that CH/CH3 peaks are positive and C/CH2 are negative
