The past year has been a lab for hybrid learning. Schools and universities have started to gain a better understanding of their future as educators and what role the physical campus will play for the next class of students. At the same time, the rapid shift to remote learning has only accelerated the need to address systemic inequalities and digital disparities in the education system. As students and teachers enter another year of uncertain conditions, this is an opportunity to rethink why campuses matter to students and capitalize on those benefits.
