As of January 10, 2019 at 10pm ET, the Web Publishing service will no longer provide access to certain plugins that are not secure, not accessible, not heavily used, outdated, or that contain conflicts. These are plugins that have been disabled for new sites for more than a year and have been replaced with alternatives, where possible.
