The Web Publishing service has temporarily disabled the Editorial Access Manager plugin, as of January 15, 2020, due to a technical issue with it.
Our internal testing has A. identified it as the cause of a system conflict; and B. confirmed the problems that multiple users have reported using the post and page text editor.
Will this affect you?
Yes, if you rely on the Editorial Access Manager plugin. The service team is investigating a possible fix, however, will not be able to implement a resolution until after February 10, 2020.
What you need to do
Check to see if you have Editorial Access Manager plugin active on any of your websites. If so, we suggest you disable it until we provide an update about its status.
