Funds available for students applying to graduate or professional school

The Dean’s Office of the College of Arts and Science is pleased to sponsor the Dean’s Opportunity Fund for Graduate School Application!

The Fund provides need-based financial assistance to CAS students planning to pursue a terminal degree (e.g., PhD, MD, JD, MSW, MFA) after graduation. Students are able to receive up to $500 for application-related expenses (e.g., application fees; travel expenses associated with admissions interviews; fees for GRE, LSAC, AMCAS, AACOMAS).

All CAS students pursuing admission to outstanding terminal degree programs who have demonstrated financial need are eligible to apply!

The online application must be submitted by November 3, 2017 (by 11:59 p.m).

Applicants will need to provide:
