Meet at 10:30 am at Soissons Landing on Governors Island.
The ferry is free on Saturdays before noon, but you need to get a ticket beforehand.
From Manhattan, take the 10:00 am ferry from the
Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street.
You will arrive at Soissons Landing.
From Brooklyn, take either the 9:45 am ferry from Red Hook/Atlantic Basin or the 10:15 am ferry from Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park. It’s a 3-minute walk to Soissons Landing after you arrive on the island.

The BIG WALK is free and open to the NYU community but registration is required.
