Weather
New York City usually sees daytime temperatures drop below freezing in January. Make sure to bring appropriate winter attire, including a winter coat, multiple layers, a hat that covers your ears, a scarf, gloves, and warm footwear. Remember that New York City can be windy, which can make it feel colder than the actual temperature, so it’s better to be slightly over-prepared.
