Decisions Sent & Registration Open: November 12, 2024
Registration Deadline: December 4, 2024 at 5:00pm ET
CU*iP 2025: January 24-26, 2025
Application, Registration, and Fee Waivers:
Apply to CU*iP 2025 via the APS website from August 26, 2024 – October 23, 2024 5pm ET. APS will review your application and will let you know if you are accepted or declined. After you have been accepted, you will need to register and pay a $45 fee to confirm that you will actually be attending. If your department is not covering the registration fee, and the $45 fee is causing financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver by contacting women@aps.org to request a registration fee waiver form. Please note, fee waiver requests must be made two days in advance of the registration deadline.
Non-student Participants:
If you are a faculty member, chaperone, or other non-undergraduate who wishes to attend the CU*iP at NYU, please reach out to cu.ipNYU2025@nyu.edu.
