The middle wok is usually used to cook food for employees or to prepare food. For example, the pork that is used in spare rib tips is cooked here weekly and in large batches before it is ready to fry and serve.

Drawing Book – Person B shared a drawing book she has cherished since she was small. In the drawing book are pictures she draw, one on the back of a restaurant menu when she used to work in her parents’ restaurant. In the back are notes she took recently to study real estate for a possible career change.
