Dear Professor Wosh:

I hope that you have had an enjoyable and productive summer.

Again, I am writing to seek your help in identifying a student who could work with me as a research assistant/archivist. I am still processing the papers retrieved from the African American Elks Lodge that existed in Harlem from 1907 to 1997. Familiarity with African American, Labor and American history would be an asset to the candidate.

The salary would be $15. per hour for 15 or 20 hours per week. The work would take place at my home and hours could be arranged around my Mon/Wed. teaching schedule.

I would greatly appreciate any help that you can provide. You or any candidate may call me at 212-926-7455.

Sincerely,
Venus Green
