The General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen, located on West 44th Street, operates one of the oldest and most interesting libraries in New York City. They are interested in a student intern who can help them appraise the value of their collection by doing some bibliographic research. This is especially ideal for someone with a library background, or perhaps someone in the dual-degree program.
