What kind of projects do you work on?
I manage small to mid-sized data projects for the School of Professional Studies while maintaining a deeper level of knowledge of the needs of our stakeholders. These data projects involve identifying our stakeholder’s needs and coordinating and developing data solutions alongside our internal and university IT teams. Part of my portfolio includes developing Tableau dashboards, Salesforce applications, and overseeing the ETL processes that update said dashboard using Alteryx workflows.

I am a representative.
Any advice for new administrators?
Lead from where you are. Your job is as important as any other, but it requires you to take true ownership of your tasks. Be curious and ask questions, everyone understands that you are new in your role and asking questions lets your team know that you are vested in your role.

Spider-man!! Mild manner guy with real-life problems like paying rent, taking care of his elderly aunt, going to school, and dealing with day-to-day problems like the rest of us, yet he was given great powers and he resolved to use them for the betterment of others and not for his self-interests.
