I would also like to share a journal article I wrote for the Global Health Nexus: a multiple award-winning publication that is distributed to approximately 25,000 dentists, prospective and current NYU dental students, faculty, and staff, nurses, public health professionals, national and international educators and students, heads of major corporations, foundations, community leaders, and local, state, and federal legislators.

The Thanksgiving Food Drive of 2018 really made me feel like I had an opportunity to make an impact. My students did an outstanding job helping the AMC meet the initial goal of 2,000 food item items – we exceeded it by over 500 additional items!
