Introduction to Digital Humanities AHC-AD 139

Readings

Throughout the schedule divided by period (1A-14B), there are readings and web resources embedded.

Two books have been ordered for the bookstore:

  • The Digital Humanities: A Primer for Students and Scholars (Gardiner/Musto), Cambridge UP, 2015, ISBN 978-1107601024.  This book is also available as an ebook through NYU libraries.  This book is referred to as DHP in the schedule.
  • A New Companion to Digital Humanities (Schreibman/Siemens/Unsworth), Wiley Blackwell, 2016, ISBN 978-1118680643.  This book is referred to as NCDH in the schedule.

The following open access books are available as well and we will read parts of them:
