Transportation

Passengers intending to utilize the conference bus services are kindly requested to assemble at the designated hotel reception area. Please be advised that the departure times listed below are subject to change based on traffic conditions. To ensure timely arrival at the conference venue, please be on time at your hotel reception in order not to miss the bus. Conference buses will be operating in order to transfer people from their accommodation (hotels mentioned in the bus schedule below) to the conference main venue (NYUAD – A6 building) and back and are not related to public transportation.
