- 15:00: Pick up from NYUAD campus
- 16:15: Arrive at the Desert Campsite
- 16:30: Dune Bashing, 4×4 vehicle (Dune Bashing session in batches)
- 16:30: Camp Activities Start:
- Camel riding
- Sandboarding
- Arabic welcoming coffee and date
- Unlimited soft drink and water
- Tea and black coffee
- Henna arts
- Falcon display for taking photos
- Traditional Arabic clothes for taking photos
- 18:45: Tanoura Dance Show
- 19:00: BBQ Buffet Opens, DJ Plays oriental music in the background
- 19:40: Belly Dance Show
- 20:00: Fire Dance Show
- 20:15: DJ resumes music for guests to enjoy while shisha counter will serve guests
- 21:00: Leaving Campsite
- 22:00: Hotel drop off
City Tour – Thursday 7th of March
- 17:00: Pick up from NYUAD campus
- 17:30: Visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque
- 18:30: Pick up from the Grand Mosque
- On the way panoramic view at Sheikh Khalifa Palaces, Photo stop at Emirates Palace, Heritage Village & Corniche Breakwater, Fruits & Dates Market
- 20:30: Drop off for Dinner at the Beach Rotana Hotel
