I had a meeting with Ayushi and Tej. During the meeting, we discussed the user testing protocol document and made several refinements to improve its structure and content. Some of the key changes included organizing the information into tabs (e.g., “Protocol,” “Consent Form,” etc.) to make it less cluttered and easier to navigate. We also updated the project summary section by turning it into bullet points, which makes it simpler to read and understand.
Another important change was simplifying the survey questions from a 1-to-5 Likert scale to a “Yes,” “No,” or “Maybe” format. This adjustment aims to make the survey more straightforward for participants. We also discussed modifications to ensure consistency and clarity in the protocol, such as emphasizing informed consent and refining questions to collect relevant data without overwhelming participants.
The team also shared a training program with me called “GCP – Social and Behavioral Research Best Practices for Clinical Research.” This course will help me understand best practices for conducting user testing sessions and ensure compliance with ethical and research standards. I plan to take this course soon to enhance my skills and knowledge for the project.
Overall, the meeting was productive, and we plan to continue refining the protocol and preparing for the next steps in user testing.
