Empowering Women in Energy and STEM

Hosted by the Engineering IDBE Committee, this event is a roundtable panel discussion between female students and researchers from the NYUAD Engineering and members of the Lean In Equity & Sustainability non-profit organization. 

The panel will include discussions about women in the energy sector; an overview of women in STEM fields; women and the academia to industry pipeline; early barriers to girls in STEM; and barriers to women’s leadership, among others. 

This event will be held in a hybrid format. We hope to see you there at this Community IDBE event.
