My Teaching Philosophy
My most effective teachers successfully instilled in me the passion they brought to their subjects. As most of the learning processes will happen outside the classroom, my primary goal as a teacher is to inspire my students to self-study and conduct team work. I will do this through thoughtful preparations of course content and its engaging delivery and by striving to connect abstract concepts to tangible applications and demonstrations. Beyond that, I believe the most important thing is to:
- Provide a positive yet challenging environment for students to enhance their confidence
- Encourage them to cooperate more effectively in the classroom
I look forward to developing an effective teaching style following these guidelines and honing the craft over time.
