Interested in doing more at STAC?

The best place to start is to use our room. Sign up for a training to learn how to use the equipment and gain access to the reservation system.

Want more? STAC’s student-led programming comes from our Residencies and our Research Team.

STAC Residencies are groups brought together by a shared interest: it may be a short-term project, like putting together a line for the Gallatin Fashion Show, or a long-term pursuit, like the Gallatin Design Collective. Maybe you are looking for a study group for comp sci, or team members for your startup; no matter what it is, you can apply for a residency at STAC. Groups at STAC have dedicated regular time in our space, use of our equipment, and academic and administrative support. Visit the residency page to access the application.

The STAC Research Team is the STAC student leadership team: part advisory board, part research and design team, members of the STAC research team consider the academic philosophy behind our programming, our organization, and our space as part of a collaborative, semester-long course project. Interested students should contact Cyd, the Associate Director of STAC, at cyd.cipolla[@]nyu.edu, or you can DM her on Slack.

The Gallatin Garden is a STAC project run by members of the STAC team focused on planting and gardening in Gallatin and beyond.
